BIOPOLE Cookbook

The BIOPOLE program involves a number of our own field campaigns in addition to work with partners and collaborators. During the field seasons, a number of samples will be taken by the teams and partners for several parameters or determinands to capture the biological and chemical properties of the natural waters and sediments. We have produced a “Cookbook”, or guide, for effective and reproducible sampling, processing, preservation and analysis of the different determinands across the different BIOPOLE organisations and partners. 

The “Cookbook” is a living document, and different versions of the document are available below.
